kdelibs3-ssl suffers here. I just now got:
WARNING: The package kdelibs3-ssl Depends on kdelibs3-ssl-shlibs,
but kdelibs3-ssl-shlibs only allows things to BuildDepend on it.
It appears 10.3/stable has BDO for -shlibs, unstable does not.
