Of course. Packages that are currently in fink should have the patch sizes
examined on the next revision.

I was hoping that the wording I used in packaging.xml would convey the fact
that it is not a hard and fast limit of 30K. "If your patch is larger than
about 30Kb, you should consider making it a separate download."
