The only packages my grep showed that use /Developer/SDKs are net-snmp and net-snmp-ssl, which claim to need it because Mac OS X 10.3.0 was missing tcp_var.h, I now see a tcp_var.h in /usr/include/netinet, so it is probable that this hack is no longer needed in these packages.
On the other hand, I see no harm in adding these to VirtPackage.pm anyway...
