{Cc to everybody who has reported that ghc no longer builds]I'm afraid I find myself unable to get the ghc package to run again after trying for more than a week (why do supposedly "clean" languages always have such dirty builds?), so I've retired it from CVS.
I've left my abortive attempt at a 6.4 in my experimental directory. Anybody who would like to get it to work is welcome to try.
Presumably the darcs package should be retired, too, as it needs ghc to build.
