I should have mentioned the versions of these packages that have had the
problems. I think in all cases the latest versions in
10.4-transitional/unstable do not show the problem, probably because
they use a higher version of docbook specs or something. Therefore
mostly 10.3 users have been concerned.
In the case of librsvg2, the version 2.8.1 does not build sgml but xml
instead, and this has no problem with the ":". The version 2.6.9 shows
the problem.
