In the InstallScript section of the .info file, there are two lines that start: "rm -rf", which remove local directories in the build directory. As best as I can figure out, they are entirely unnecessary, as the build directory is automatically deleted upon successful completion of the build process, and the deleted directories don't play any further part in the install. I suggest you remove them.
This came up due to the package failing to build due to a failure in the second one of these statements: "rm -rf doc docsrc". Apparently, probably related to known bugs in coreutils (it's the coreutils rm that's being used), "rm -rf" attempted to remove the directory doc/html after having only remove 120 of the ~140 files in doc/html. Unsurprisingly, it failed. This brought the build process to a halt, and prevented installation of the package. Merely removing the rm statements solved the problem.
If you have any idea what might have caused this odd behavior of rm, please let me know. Otherwise, unless the rm statements are actually needed, it's probably best to remove them.
Thanks for your time, and your work on Fink.
Could you please insert /bin/ before cp and rm in the info file and see if it builds.
