Hi, I'm running the latest release of arb in leopard and encountering problems when I try to create a pt_server. arb generates the following command in the terminal...
Action: '($ARBHOME/bin/arb_pt_server -D/sw/share/arb/lib/pts/SSU_rRNA.arb -T:3032) &' sh: /sw/share/arb/bin/arb_pt_server: No such file or directory The path is obviously wrong. I think it should be /sw/bin/arb_pt_server - not $ARBHOME/bin/arb_pt_server. Any ideas on how to change this? It doesn't seem to be an issue with the linux version.
