A little further investigation reveals that it's actually graphviz that
has the truly fearsome dependency list, from which all others derive.
And of course, graphviz is listed as a dependency in doxygen.

There's still a few scary ones in there [libthai?], but it's a lot
better overall. And doing a "fink update-all" suggests that doxygen and
graphviz both need to be updated, bringing back the original scary list.

But thankfully, I at least have a functioning doxygen now. Thank-you
