rather than finch).  That's probably overkill.  I'd recommend grabbing

experimental/todai/ecc-10.4/main/

instead to cut down on what gets downloaded

That's fine.  Or you can put it elsewhere in /sw/fink/dists as long as
the Trees: line in fink.conf matches.  For example, I have experimental
stuff in /sw/fink/dists/local/experimental/finkinfo , and have
local/experimental as one of my Trees.
