Putting under /sw/fink/dists/local/main is one idea. If you want to use only todai tree, there is another idea:
$ cd /var/tmp $ cvs -d :pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/fink checkout -P -d todai experimental/todai/ecc-10.4 $ sudo mv todai /sw/fink/dists $ sudo sed -i.bak 's|^\(Trees:\)|\1 todai/main|' /sw/etc/fink.conf $ fink selfupdate and updating by $ cd /sw/fink/dists/todai && cvs update -dP $ fink selfupdate I think these finkinfos are still experimental, and should not be committed to the official tree until tests and discussions are done.
