Is there a need for this package to continue to support python 2.3 or
2.4? (Is that a stupid question?) I guess it's poor form to yank it out
from underneath users, but I'm not sure that I would be.

I see that python 2.5 is in the 10.4 stable tree (and this package is
not in the 10.3 tree), so I thought that just maybe it would be okay to
drop the support for 2.3 at least and maybe even 2.4, but I figure
there's a bigger picture I'm missing. Then again, maybe python won't be
my only dependency issue.

Thanks for any pointers,
Robert
