10.3 has been  unsupported for a year, so that's a non-factor.

I'd say not to yank anything from under users, too.  If you want to  
reduce to just having python25, then you should probably provide  
transitional packages for the other variants that depend on the -py25  
one.  Not quite ideal, but it serves the purpose.
