I haven't seen any sign that gmerlin-avdecoder can use opencore-amr.  I also 
don't have access to 10.7.  If someone wants to test this, I'm happy to leave 
amrnb out of 10.7.  But I know that gmerlin-avdecoder will use amrnb and work.
