While we work out master issues, fink-0.32.6 has been released.  This 
release recognizes "BuildAsNobody" as a legal boolean field in a .info 
file, but doesn't actually do anything about it. :-)  And it still 
builds as root.

Maintainers who have packages that are known not to build as nobody 
should try to get these tagged with "BuildAsNobody: false" by May 16, so 
that we can release fink-0.33.0.
