My understanding of the situation with glib2 is that: 1) Upstream has made changes in the code that break some, but not all, functionality on OS X. (I don't have a good bug tracker reference, and I don't recall exactly what is currently broken in their nominally stable release, but maybe someone else can pass that along). 2) They don't care about OS X (based on responses to bug reports filed by the maintainer). With those caveats being given, sure, take a look. :-) -- Alexander Hansen, Ph.D. Fink User Liaison My package updates: http://finkakh.wordpress.com/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
