Hi Jack,
it doesn't seems to be a really serious issue.
it simply means that an unexpected byte is found at offset 717
while re-compressing yet again a Jpeg image and then comparing
this output to the one that seems commonly produdeced by both
libjpeg6 and libjpeg-turbo.
codecs are rather variable in their output, so I simply image that
libjpeg 8 and 9 have changed someting into the binary images they
produce, but it's very probable that this will have absolutely no
adverse conseguences at all.
I don't know for sure, because I've definitely abandoned libjpeg
7-8-9 since the widely better and faster libjpeg-turbo was released.
anyway, while reading you log I casually noticed this:
WARNING: unrecognized options:
--with-proj-include, --with-proj-lib, --with-geos-include, --with-geos-lib
and effectively the rasterlite own ./configure doesn't supports any
option like these: please chech ./configure --help so to check the
really supported options.
