Ok, more data: swig <= 3.0.2 works fine for svn-swig-* but >= 3.0.3 fail. For now I've made a swig302 package that svn-swig-* BuildDepends on and left 'swig' at 3.0.5. This is arguably a svn bug, but I don't have time to diagnose it.
