It seems that all of a sudden my "fink selfupdate" stopped working
properly. I update directly from CVS and I keep getting lots of messages
like this:

cvs update: move away
dists/unstable/crypto/finkinfo/openssh-3.0.2p1-1.patch; it is in the way
C dists/unstable/crypto/finkinfo/openssh-3.0.2p1-1.patch
cvs update: move away dists/unstable/crypto/finkinfo/openssl-0.9.6b-1.info;
it is in the way
C dists/unstable/crypto/finkinfo/openssl-0.9.6b-1.info
cvs update: move away
dists/unstable/crypto/finkinfo/openssl-0.9.6b-1.patch; it is in the way

After I delete the offending files I get the same messages on the second
selfupdate. Any clues?
Also, are there any special steps required when mixing binary and source
distributions to keep the package states up to date/in synch?

Thanks,
Mat
