The "tetex" package is a "bundle" which groups together tetex-base,
tetex-macosx, tetex-texmf and a few other tex-related packages.
You can install it on top of the others you mention.

Or, if you grab the "unstable" version of tetex-texmf, you will find that
it has a line "Provides: tetex" which allows you to install xdvi.
