Cool, thanks for the info. A few follow ups:
When you switch workspaces, does the OS X desktop (and any Aqua
apps) just kinda follow you around? Or when you switch does the desktop
clear?
Also, your Gnome menu and windows look like Aqua, is that a Gnome theme or
are they picking up the Aqua attributes?
