You can find out by looking at http://fink.sourceforge.net/pdb/testing.php

Maybe we should extend "fink info" to print out from which tree a 
given package is, that wouldn't be to hard. In addition, maybe we can 
make some command that prints out a list of installed packages that 
are in unstable but not in stable. for the conveniance of testers.
