I have a question about the resume feature. If I do 'fink install' (or 'reinstall', 'rebuild', or 'build') on a package with a partial tarball, the tarball expands until the unexpected EOF and then I am still prompted to delete the tarball and start again, rather than having the opportunity to resume the download. On the other hand, if I do 'fink fetch' I do get the ability to resume the download. Is it intentional that the resume feature only works with 'fetch'?
