Does the Trees: line in /sw/etc/fink.conf look vaguely like the following:

Trees:  local/main stable/main stable/crypto local/bootstrap

(i.e. is local/main the first item)?

Nautilus is available from the fink unstable section.  Evolution doesn't
have a Darwin/OSX port as of yet, as far as I know.
