Craig, Alexander and all,

I checked my SuSE Linux installation and found that Shisen-sho (Kshisen) 
depends on these libraries:

libmng.so.1
/lib/ld.so.1
libXrender.so.1
liblcms.so.1

Many of these do not seem to be in the Fink distro and some are 
obviously part of KDE. I guess this means I wait until somebody manages 
to port KDE over to Fink (not a trivial exercise), right?
