Actually, the FAQ got updated just a few days ago...  =)

We've gotten pretty far, I'm using KDE as my daily desktop now for X stuff
on my OSX box.  It's very usable, there's definitely stuff that's missing
and stuff that's broken, but for the most part it works just great.
