The QT bit isn't directly relevant, the real problem is something deeper. When is the last time you updated/checked out the KDE-Darwin tree? I made some changes to the patch generator last night. Try doing: cvs up -PAd Makefile admin fink misc make patch | tee /tmp/makepatch.log ...and then send me the output of makepatch.log, and we'll see if we can figure out what's wrong.
