Yes, although forcing things is not encouraged.  :)

The real issue is that you had originally installed 'bundle-kde', which has
the non-ssl versions, but the current release of kdebindings is only in
'bundle-kde-ssl' and depends on the ssl versions of kdelibs and kdebase.  You
should *not* mix and match, so make sure your kdelibs and kdebase match.
Other than that it should be pretty safe to switch from one to the other.
kdebindings doesn't actually depend on the ssl versions from a library
perspective.

I was going to fix it in the upcoming KDE 3.1 alpha packages, but kdebindings
is too broken, so I can't even provide a package for it.  :(
