Basically, XFree86 is about it, although there are commercial, closed 
source, products: Xtools, for one. Why are you interested in 
alternatives?

(The most "mac" like window manager, besides whatever commercial 
offerings have, is probably OroborOSX It uses a modified version of 
XDarwin to interleave Quartz and X11 windows).
