I've never seen something like this that was specifically KDE-related.  
Do you use XDarwin for anything else?  Did you maybe remap the mouse 
button emulation or something?

The only other thing I've seen is when sometimes things get stuck in 
caps, but that's an XDarwin bug, not a KDE thing specifically.

You've built KDE from source, correct?  ('fink install bundle-kde' or 
somesuch)

The KDE binary packages will act erratically (if at all) under Jaguar.
