I'm trying to install a fresh fink on OS X 10.2. The build/install
seems to go ok, right up until what seems to be the end:

 > ./setup.sh /sw
 > Creating fink...
 > Creating FinkVersion.pm...
 > Creating man page...
 > Creating shlibs default file...
 > ./setup.sh: shlibs.default.in: No such file or directory
 > ### execution of ./setup.sh failed, exit code 1
 > compiling fink-0.10.0.cvs-20021014.1603 failed

I'm following the directions on this page:
http://fink.sourceforge.net/news/jag-bootstrap.php

After the error, I looked, and the file shlibs.default.in *is* in the
directory from where I ran ./bootstrap.sh. If I run

        % ./setup.sh /sw

It runs fine, but I'm not sure what else needs to get run after that.
At this point there is no fink executable in /sw/bin/.

Help?
