PKG files are just funky 'bundles'. Mount the DMG, and open a terminal window. 'cd' into /Volumes/X11\ User*/ to get into the mounted volume. Then cd X11UserForMacOSX.mkpkg/Contents/Resources In that directory you can see 'ReadMe.rtf'.
