The Mothership just shot down the greedy criminal racketeering scumbags at Tenon
and rendered null and void the silently complicit XonX team.

No longer will Mac OS X suffer the handicap of being the only platform
where you have to pay extra to get Hardware OpenGL Support in XFree86.

Apple released the FULL FREE VERSION of XFree86 to the public
because they did the extremely difficult work and gave to the Mac platform
the universal OpenGL interface to specific hardware-accelerated video cards.

and apparently Apple couldn't bear to watch another second
of Tenon cruelly exploiting everyone else's hard work
using criminal racketeering to make payware what is free everywhere else.

Tenon's petty greed gravely harmed the Mac platform
but Apple has stopped the bleeding from this hateful wound.

XonX didn't intend their donation to the world of incredibly difficult work
building Mach-O Shared Library Support into their Mac OS X port of XFree86
to allow bald-faced criminals like Tenon easy means to make a trivial link
between Apple's OpenGL libraries and XFree86's XGL Display Code
and make huge profits.

Apple has saved the Mac (and us) from suffering another minute
of Tenon's cruel bullying and illegal racketeering. HOORAY!!! YEA!!!!!

Apple sez:
X11 for Mac OS X (Public Beta) offers UNIX users the ability to run
thousands of X11 applications concurrently with other Mac OS X applications.
Based on the de facto-standard for X11, the open source XFree86 project,
X11 for Mac OS X is compatible, fast and fully integrated with Mac OS X.
It includes the full X11R6.6 technology including a window server,
libraries and basic utilities such as xterm.

Public Beta
Before you download: Check the minimum system requirements:
Mac OS X v.10.2 Jaguar or later.
GL Direct Rendering requires v.10.2.3.
256 MB RAM recommended.
the silently complicit XonX team who lived in fear of Tenon
finally quietly recently slipped the long-withheld long-ago-completed
Hardware OpenGL Support onto the XFree86.org CVS server (for geeks only)...

but Apple woke up unexpectedly and handed it to the masses,
easily breaking the back of Tenon's criminal racketeering of XonX
with a trick of their enormous tail... THWACK!

The developers of XFree86 intended it to be free in the first place
-- duh, the word FREE is in the name, for Christ's sake --
but nobody in this forum (or anywhere else) would dare speak out
against Tenon's illegal exploitation of the Mac market -- nobody but me!

I SPOKE OUT AGAINST IT, I STOOD ALONE AND TOLD THE TRUTH.

How many of you blindly believed Anita Holmgren of Tenon
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> when she posted to our free forum
this disingenuous "rebuttal" against my obviously correct analysis

My thesis is:

Tenon is harming us by holding our Graphics Accelerator Chips hostage.
We are forced to use painfully slow Software OpenGL unless we pay them.

They removed Hardware OpenGL Support from the Mac OS X version of XFree86,
How could we possibly do this? XFree86 is open source.
Tenon has no control whatsoever with what's in or out of XFree86.
I quoted it the account on FINK'S WEBSITE of how Tenon did this.
Here's the link again - http://fink.sourceforge.net/doc/x11/history.php

which is free on all other platforms, so they can they charge us for it
WHILE THEY FORBID ITS FREE RELEASE by XonX through criminal racketeering.
We also have no control whatsoever of XonX.
gee, it's NOT mysterious we're the only X11 platform where HW-OpenGL is payware
gee, it's NOT mysterious it's taken XonX so long to release it even into cvs...
while you've profited by using their code for all this time.

I guess Jimmy Hoffa's disappearance wasn't suspicious either.

XFree86 is free open-source software that Tenon did not create.
Exactly, so how could we influence what's in it.
this is the question I am asking
since it is very clearly happening

...

Tenon's only original contribution to XTools
is an Aqua Window Manager Switcher which is similar to OroborOSX...
but their single selling point is HW-OpenGL.
Xtools also uses the Mac clipboard to do cut and paste
between x windows and Aqua, something XDarwin does not do.
wrong... XCUTSEL does it manually and AUTOCUTSEL does it automatically

the "cutsels" may not be loaded in XDarwin's default xinitrc
but OroborOSX prepares and loads xcutsel by default,
and Fink provides autocutsel to us pretty easily...

I personally use autocutsel.

Please feel free to continue this dialog directly with me;
I think you have a lot of misconceptions about our company and about Xtools.
Bye bye, Anita... we need to promote the fact that you perpetrated a crime
so no other company will hire you... unless you want to work for Microsoft.

The US-DOJ proved Microsoft's criminal racketeering and bullying in court
yet somehow they're allowed to continue these illegal practices without penalty.
Apple Computer ended Tenon's criminal racketeering and bullying more easily.
Even when they're hurting so bad they have to start charging us for extras,
Apple gave us XFree86 with HW OpenGL for free to end Tenon's criminal hypocrisy.

When will Tenon apologize to us and return the money they extorted from people?
