Ok, with much help from Alexander Hansen, I finally understand what I was doing wrong. Much, much thanks!!
But. I had to redo my installation, for a seperate reason, but now I am having another problem. I am trying to install samba-ldap, and their is a package problem. Samba-ldap is looking for cyrus-sasl-2.1.10.tar.gz, and on Jan 31, they updated this package to cyrus-sasl-2.1.11.tar.gz. So, it can't find the other package. How should I go about this? Is there anyway to alert the proper maintainers, either fink themselves, or the samba-ldap fink crew? Can I change the package dependency myself? Would that interfere with anything? Thanks again for everyone's help. -- __________________________________________________________ Sign-up for your own FREE Personalized E-mail at Mail.com http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.NET email is sponsored by: SourceForge Enterprise Edition + IBM + LinuxWorld = Something 2 See! http://www.vasoftware.com _______________________________________________ Fink-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/fink-users
