I rebuilt qt; the problem persists. Here's my output:

Should I try running fix-fink again or perhap rebuild kdelibs3? Thanks for

This would be the problem, your qt is linked against the wrong libpng.
You could try running fix-fink (I'm not sure if it looks deep into
/sw/lib), but it should be fixed by running 'fink rebuild qt3'.
