I have the following versions: /sw/fink.old/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/net/gaim-0.44-1.info /sw/fink.old/dists/unstable/main/finkinfo/net/gaim-0.50-1.info /sw/fink/10.1/stable/main/finkinfo/net/gaim-0.59-2.info
If any of these are of use, let me know and I'll post the .info, .patch files.
Sorry I don't have the gaim-0.58 files though.

Failing that, I bet someone, somewhere has a copy of the .info and .patch files for gaim hiding in /sw/fink.old/
If everyone did a "locate gaim | grep gaim-0.58" there is a good chance the files candoman needs would turn up.
