Yes. All versions of all package descriptions are conserved on the cvs server, accessible via the web, link on the fink home page.

I went to the CVS web interface, out of curiosity, and I can't figure out how to find older .info and .patch files, e.g. for gaim 0.58, which is how this thread started.
How do you access old .info and .patch files?
