Unfortunately, I had to leave %p as /sw everywhere in order for it to work. So, I got past the Qt issue, now after a much longer compile I get the following error:

checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

I guess I may need to add more "--with-xxxx " lines?

But I definitely have libjpeg installed and Qt is greater than 3.1. Any ideas?

You need to add:

--with-extra-includes=%p/include --with-extra-libs=%p/lib --with-qt-dir=%p --with-qt-includes=%p/include/qt --with-qt-libraries=%p/share/qt3

to make sure the Qt stuff is found.

Also use '%p' instead of '/sw'
