I have the same issue. I even purged abiword and then went to reinstall it. % fink list -i xfree86 Information about 2988 packages read in 7 seconds. i system-xfree86 1:1.0-2 Placeholder: XFree86 i system-xfree86-42 4.2-3 Placeholder: XFree86 4.2.x and Apple X11 beta 3 i system-xfree86-upgrade 1.0-1 (place-holder package for upgrading broken installs) % fink install abiword Information about 2988 packages read in 6 seconds.
