I changed my default shell to bash with NetInfo Manager, added .bash_profile and .bashrc (both posted below) to my home directory. I can use 'startx' at a bash prompt and everything works fine, but if I click on the Xdarwin icon in the Applications menu, X doesn't get past the black and gray screen that loads initially. My guess is that there is something I didn't set up correctly in my environment, however, I'm at a loss as to what it is. Any help would be appreciated.
