I recently uninstalled Apple's X11 0.3, and migrated to XDarwin 4.3.0. Everything works - well, X works, anyway - but I still have X 4.2.x placeholders in my fink packages:

[localhost:~] me% fink list --installed
Information about 2551 packages read in 4 seconds.
<snip>
i system-xfree86-42 4.2-3 Placeholder: XFree86 4.2.x and Apple X11 beta 3
i system-xfree86-upgr 1.0-1 (place-holder package for upgrading broken installs)
<snip>
i xfree86 4.3.0-15 XFree86 distribution
i xfree86-shlibs 4.3.0-15 XFree86 distribution

I followed the FAQ and docs and whatnot, so what's the system-xfree86 stuff still doing there? I'm only a Unix user, not a Unix guru, so if you type slowly and don't use too many big words, I should be able to follow your explanation. :)

Thanks -
