I ran scanpackages in Fink Commander and I get the same thing. I even tried to run openslp-ssl again and it said "No packages to install". Would it do any good to ignore the 2 warning lines carry on?
Do you have unstable/crypto in your Trees line in /sw/etc/fink.conf?
This seems to be a problem with kdelibs3-ssl and bundle-kde-ssl: They are in 10.3/stable, but openslp-ssl is not.
