Title: Most of the former available packages vanished after updating Fink

After I installed Fink 0.16.0-1 (using Fink Commander), my installation seems to be pretty messed up. I already fixed the problems that Fink didn’t belong to “root” and that several folders (containing the package descriptions) were missing, but still Fink offers only a fistful of packages to download – mostly packages I already installed. I already tried to update the descriptions via the net, but without success.
