Run "ls -l /sw/fink" and make sure that /sw/fink/dists is a symbolic link to 10.2 (or 10.2-gcc3.3, if you are using the gcc update)
Also check your /sw/etc/fink.conf file to make sure it has a line in it that says Distribution: 10.2 (or Distribution: 10.2-gcc3.3)
