That, I agree, but quality service exists too :-)
Another point that comes in mind with bittorrent files is that they track the users (i.e. their details), and I'm not sure it will be very popular, at least in Europe (and especially in France) in those days when Government tries to put the responsability of tracking pirates on ISP, and even without that, are they many users who want their details systematically tracked.
