[Fink-users] update packages

Hello all. If a user notices, like in the ImageMagick case some time 
back, that a package isn't being updated, do they just bring it up to 
the maintainer or do they also bring it up in fink-devel, or here? 
Taking a step back, what procedures should one go through to notify 
Fink that some updated packages are available?
