Try Konqueror, it is somewhat slower than Gecko based browsers but it can print. I like using Firefox on Windows or when I do not have access to a printer anyway but khtml or whatever is the KDE browser component is the way to go under X11 for now. Not that the poor printing is part of gecko. Afaik it is just another part of the browser. I just do not know a gecko browser that can print.
