DevSDK: yes, it's installed

I have posted the said config.log file to my web site so as not to "gum up"
the digest here:

Some possibly interesting error messages:
Line  86: gcc3: argument to `-V' is missing
Line  92: configure: failed program was:
Line  93: #line 2042 "configure"
Line  94: #include "confdefs.h"
Line 109: configure:2098: error: C compiler cannot create executables
Line 160: configure: exit 77
