I am also having trouble with gnucash on Tiger. I am running fink
0.24.5 and I also have a PowerBook G4 (15" 1.5ghz) with 1GB of RAM. I
also started from scratch with a new /sw after upgrading to Tiger.

Same here, only thank you for pointing out that this is bonobo2-shlibs
and not bonobo-shlibs (there seem to be packages for both).

This actually worked successfully for me. However, after installing
libbonobo2-shlibs, I tried to install gnucash again, but it now fails
with:
$ fink install gnucash
Failed: Can't resolve dependency "bonobo-shlibs" for package
"gnucash-1.8.11-1" (no matching packages/versions found)
When I try to install bonobo-shlibs:
$ fink install bonobo-shlibs
Information about 4563 packages read in 2 seconds.
Failed: no package found for specification 'bonobo-shlibs'!
So I seem to be at a dead end. Any suggestions? Since there doesn't
seem to be a bonobo-shlibs package for 10.4-transitional, is there any
way to go back and install this package from the 10.3 distribution?
Does anyone have gnucash working under Tiger?
