I am pinging the FAQ guru, because this (on Tiger) faulty line is
actually mentioned in the FAQ#5.9. We need to change this and perhaps
add another one, perhaps in the neighborhood of #5.28.
Unfortunately, the sudoers documentation is completely incomprehensible
for humans, so it is impossible to find out what exactly has changed.
The problem and its solution have appeared on the fink-devel list a
while ago.

Do you perhaps have a line
%admin ALL=NOPASSWD: ALL
in your /etc/sudoers file? The syntax for this appears to have
changed in Tiger; the corresponding line must now look like this:
%admin ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL
