Hmmm, I've been trying since around 7am (which I know was too early due
to the fact that it was within a half hour of the upload). I figured
that by now (almost 8 hours later) it would have shown up.
I have my MirrorOrder set to ClosestFirst (I'm in Texas, US).
I thought maybe there was an error in the file name, but I don't see
anything obvious (I note the escaped + symbol). The mirrors are giving
404 errors, so I figure it just hasn't made it through yet.
Here are a few examples from less than 10 minutes ago (I'll keep trying
periodically and post success if/when I achieve it):
